Saksham Soni is very thorough, thoughtful and trustworthy. When he says he’ll take care of you, one can count on him doing just that. I traveled coast to coast in the United States for several years staying in a minimum of 1-2 hotels each week. Had I been aware of the MyKey Team and Saksham, I certainly would have relied on their collective ability would definitely have been my go-to for hotel accommodations.

MyKey is an amazing service that I have never heard of or had the pleasure to use before. From the account manager Makan Kone to the Hotel Coordinator Keaton Chalifoux. They were so kind, concerned, attentive to my needs and made sure that we got the Hotel that was a perfect fit for myself and my family. My nephew paraplegic and my husband Heart Transplant with a recent shoulder replacement. This truly lifted our spirits and I thank God for sending them to us in our time of need.

They provided numerous options that either matched or exceeded our normal living conditions. All agents I worked with advocated to get things moving with my Adjustor, answered my questions thoroughly and returned calls within the same day. Very happy with the service and outcomes.

So far this company has been amazing and my contact Sean has been awesome. They are fully transparent and answer any questions you may have, and they are there to help when you need to be placed outside your home due to unexpected damage making the residence unlivable. Would recommend in a heartbeat...hope your homeowners insurance goes through them!

My husband and I have to leave our home while repairs are being made due to extensive water damage. Raghad has coordinated with our insurance company to arrange for an Air BNB for us and our dogs to stay in. I can't praise her enough - she is so kind, patient, and polite and knowledgeable and extremely professional! I have to say Sean was great to work with I was moved into a hotel due to a house fire. I have never been through an experience like that and with my 21 year old son a my 100lb German Shepard, Sean took care of me I was lost really not sure what I was doing and not a lot of options with a dog the size and breed of mine Sean made sure he found and place to live in for a month and a half. When talking with him by phone you almost felt like you had an old friend on the line. If that isn't saying enough, I don't know what is. It’s very rare and lucky a be able to have someone like him in your corner. Thanks Sean for all your help!

My account manager Raghad has been truly instrumental in not only the housing for my two kids and I through a very difficult time, but also my quality of life. With my housing insurance loss, I have had to take an immense time away from my business, friends and family to move housing, make calls, meet contractors and keep track of countless things for my insurance, but the one place thing that has always been consistent is the efforts and results of your employee. She has done all the things I need and beyond to make sure we are taken care of and done as much as she can to take stuff off my plate. She has worked well with my needs to be close to my work, kids school and my house due to the back and forth of meeting people there. She has calmed my stresses in difficult times and has rebuilt my trust in the workforce out here today.
